- 6 stall barn, rubber matted throughout, stalls bedded with bedding pellets
- lit 20x40m sand ring
- large grass jump field with a full set of stadium jumps
- cross country field with a variety of jumps up to pre-training
- 10 acres of pasture, well-maintained, with shelters and trees
- small group turnout
- Operated by an Equestrian Canada licensed coach
